Hi all, sorry for the lack of updates, have been at training camp since tuesday!

Double trainings each day, lots of jumping, running, foot work, ball drills, jumping, running, training, gym, foot work, ball drills and it goes on. Everyone worked hard and I believe it paid off! Feels good to know that we're all fitter and faster :-) Much more to work on tho! Press on girls 1 more month!

Second day after ice bath! Thanks seniors for the watermelon juice!

Home with body aches but hahaha shiok haha. Not forgetting the team bonding taboo sessions with endless laughters haha and nap time after lunch.

I missed training camp last March cos I was in Perth, but this year, I was there for the full training camp. I would say it was a tiring but fulfilling and fun experience :-)

Jiayou all! 1 more month, VJNB we can to this!
